Wrong on so many LeVeLs
You know those people that are NEVER wrong? You know, the ones that even when they’re wrong, they’re right? The obnoxious know-it-alls, and blamers-of-others? Yeah, those people really just work my last nerve.
I am the first to admit that I find it hard to admit when I’m wrong. Admitting your wrong is seen as a public announcement that you have faults, and having faults is perceived as weakness. But is it really a weakness? Or is admitting your in the wrong actually a secret strength that society has come to believe is a weakness?
“It’s not my fault *insert excuse here* It’s *insert innocent by stander here*’s fault.” Okay, cool story, tell it again. Only this time, admit it when it IS YOUR FAULT. You have NO ONE FOOLED. In reality, you’re just pissing everyone off, and looking like a selfish idiot.
I am so sick of all the people in the world that find it easier to blame everyone but themselves when they have faults. It’s the whole “point one finger, you have three pointing back at you,” deal. And really, you’re just pushing everyone away from you.
2+2 is NOT 5. The world is NOT flat. And believe it or not, blaming everyone but yourself does NOT have anyone fooled. YOU are WRONG. Say it with me now, YOU ARE WRONG. There.
Michaela Says,
If one or two people have a problem with you, maybe it’s their fault. However, if EVERYONE has a problem with you, maybe it’s time to reevaluate the person in the mirror. It’s okay to be wrong, and to make mistakes. We’re only human. YOU are no exception from that rule. And, in fact, it’d be scary if you were right ALL THE DAMN TIME.
It’s okay to be wrong, it’s okay to be wrong, it’s okay to be wrong. Just grow a pair, and be brave to enough to admit it. And be brave enough to do something about it.
